Lack of communication and one very rude hygienist! I never even laid eyes on the dentist. I traveled a distance and was turned away because I would not allow them to do bite wings that not only did my insurance not cover but they would not tell me what the cost was. They kept saying that they would work with me on the cost. (They sounded like a used car salesman!) I failed to see the purpose for them for this visit. It was a first patient visit, they had already done a panorex and I told them I would have three single ex-rays done that my insurance would pay for. All I wanted was a teeth cleaning and exam.
Lovely hygienist! Doctor has very gentle manner, no problems.
